Live Cattle Lower
Thursday's USDA cattle slaughter was 109,000 head versus a year ago at 115,000 head.
August Cattle was trading at 143.40 down, 1.10. October Live Cattle was trading at 144.65, down 1.80. December Live Cattle was trading at 147.47, down 1.50.
The USDA Monthly Cattle on Feed Report is due out Friday at 3:00 p.m. ET.
