Google Really, REALLY Wants You to Join Google+

Instead of a cool doodle, Google.com features a visual reminder to sign up for the company's social network.

Are you intrigued? If not, that's okay. This is far from the first time that Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) has struck out of the social networking ballgame. If the company's “Don't Forget About Us!” features aren't enough to persuade consumers, maybe this smeary arrow will do the trick.
